I am woefully behind in recipe blogging. I have a couple of great 4th of July recipes, simple, tasty and traditional. I’ll get them up tonight or tomorrow. Until then I’ll give you a taste of my friend Al Gunn’s blog (he’s Banjopoetover in the authors on the right). He’s got a great post on a cookbook he’s experimenting with. Plus a beautiful picture of a pie he made. When I can get him to post over here, you’ll be in for a treat. He loves to experiment with great spices and flavors.
